Big Apple Bagels — Restaurant in Clinton Township

My sister has frequently bragged about this bagel place, unfortunately not today she went in to get an everything bagel and was greeted by three teenagers texting on their phones. Two did pause for a second looked up at my sister proceeded to finish their texts. They than looked at my sister exasperated I can only assume it was because she interrupted their texting. My sister ask for an everything Bagel. They stated that they did not have any . No positive once again with the attitude of you interrupted us. So when she ask for plain cream cheese on the side. The male who helped her handed the bag to my sister like here take it. Word of mouth can help a business & break a businesses reputation very quickly. I would advise that at least one adult be present during the time that three teenagers are working and valuing their texting more than...

Horrible Mothers Day morning experience

NO VARIETY of Bagels just an hour after they open. Incredibly long line, only one person taking customers, 3 other workers in back chatting and on their phone, while clearly seeing the front person could use help

Asked for an 8 oz plain cream cheese and they tried to give me PHILADELPHIA brand?!?! They said that they only serve their plain cream cheese in small individual containers, Meanwhile there is a sign right on their front counter saying “8oz Plain cream cheese $4.99”

They weren’t serving MANY coffee drinks, as they had hand written signs everywhere saying pretty much everything they served other than bagels, was out of service.

I came to get a breakfast sandwich and was happy to see no line 11:30 am 11/1/20. When placing my order I was told they were out of ham. When I started placing my order for a sausage breakfast sandwich an older lady working in the back very rudely shouted to the young man helping me that there was a 25 minute wait for breakfast sandwiches as there was 9 pickup orders ahead of me. I decided to leave at that point and the young man sincerely apologized but the rude older woman offered no apology. I wish I got the young man and older woman’s name. I understand they were busy with pickup orders but believe they could have made me one then instead of waiting until all pickup orders were done.
