I live in the apartments right behind this little Caesars. I have lived here for about 6 years. Before last fall these pizzas were consistent and very good. As a matter of fact when the wind would drift in our direction it would be hard for me to not come over and purchase a pizza. But Fall of 2020 (ish) give or take some time from the pandemic. The pizzas have become limp. At first I thought it was just me I thought I was being too picky. Here is how the events played out.... Lumpy pizza was accepted as a fluke or a mistake. Pizza was semi limp (tolerable) Pizza was great. Pizza was limp (okay maybe a new chef that's learning the ropes.) With a several month break from lumpy pizza we attempted again. This was last weekend and the worst experience yet. The pizza was terribly soggy , you pick it up and everything slides off. Not a good slides off but a soggy slides off. (Not melting) I was convinced to go confront the restaurant, so I did. The employees were very pleasant and gave no issue in making another pizza for us.
I went the pick the pizza up and it looked great the crust was fluffed and crisp, they asked If it was up to my standards. They crust looked amazing so I said yes and went home.
Once arriving home and indulging in set pizza I realize along with my guests that this pizza was even more limp before. The quest was amazing but the innards of the pizza were only a few millimeters thick and just as soggy.
It's a shame but we are done...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdited again. After weeks price still not fixed, this is illegal and everyone needs to file a complaint. They are breaking the law.
Review edited, owner will issue refund as well as give me a cheese bread, he seemd to very much care about the issue and is making immediate steps to remedy the issue, the price error was a mistake and result of price change that had not yet been reflected. i will return.
My recent experience at this establishment left me bewildered. I ordered the Italian cheese bread for $5.49, but they charged $5.79. The cashier couldn't rectify it and called a manager who rudely insisted it was correct despite outdated menu boards.
I argued they should honor the advertised price, but got nowhere. The general manager never returned my call after taking my number. I reached out to corporate but haven't received a response yet. I wonder if the scanning error policy applies.
In the end, it's not about the 30 cents; it's about principle and the law. This situation feels like a bait-and-switch, and I believe it should be investigated. I've been a loyal customer but felt treated unfairly. š¤ #CustomerExperience #Overcharging...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI havenāt really been going out of my way to write any reviews let me tell you now they messed up my first order, but the way they handled it and the way they took care of me and that atmosphere and the way these females running the front and the gentlemen run in the back weāre running this place I would go out of my way to come here. I work 8 mile and I have a little Caesars right next to me and compared to this place. Itās like night and day, this deserves every award they could ever get and Iām writing this review after messing up my first order but the way they handled it is what it is all about for me. I didnāt want anything extra. I didnāt want nothing more nothing less just the way it dealt with me was outstanding and I appreciate everybody that works here. Especially the two young ladies working up front. Absolutely outstanding...
