Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Clinton Township

Myself and my fiancé went in cold stone/Tim Hortons and while waiting already for 15 minutes with one other gentleman who was also getting tired of waiting, in walks a lady and her baby, and we watched her walk behind the counter (so I’m assuming she works there), she proceeds to have the only young man working fix her a bowl of ice cream ( while customers are waiting), then i over hear her say she’s the manager. Me and my fiancé heard her as well as the other guy sitting there. We all thought it was odd for the store manager to come in, see customers waiting and ask for some ice cream. As a manager I would’ve made sure my customers were taken care of first. I have visited this location two times. The first time, I arrived about 10 minutes before it closed and was notified by staff they were no longer serving ice cream. I came yesterday in the hopes of receiving a milk shake. I was notified that the blenders were dirty and a milkshake could not be made. I then requested fresh tim bits instead. I was then told that everything had been made within the last hour and that was the freshest I would receive anything as it would take over 20 minutes to make fresh baked goods. Was hoping to use the coupon I got for my birthday. After going to one location and seeing that they closed early my fiance and I got to this location as quick as we could since we saw it was open until 10. We got to this location to see that the Cold Stone was closed but the Tim Hortons was still open.
