Subway — Restaurant in Clinton Township

It was 8:30 am when I stopped by to order a sub. The employee was out in her car, on her cell phone and smoking. When I went inside the store she followed me in stinking of cigarettes. She washed her hands to make my sub but she was very unprofessional. Clothing was not up to par and was wearing sandals with socks. I also noticed that an employee for Mt Clemens Glass and Mirror came over and was given free coffee. During the check out process the employee proceeded to take a personal phone call that lasted till I left the store which at that point she followed me out and got back into her car to continue her phone conversation. Clean. Fresh bread. Friendly. Did I mention clean. Hard to find in a Subway nowadays. I'll come back, and pray it's the same experience!

UPDATE Nov 2021 - still decent as far as a Subway goes, but the staff that were so good are seemingly gone. Now there's a guy who's in such a hurry to get you out the door he's taking your order of everything you want on the sub before he even gets the bread cut. Very annoying and sloppy. If there's someone in front of you he's trying to build your sub by reaching over the other guy he's in such a hurry. SLOW DOWN. Not like there's 10 or even five people in line....

This review is only for today as every other day has been fine. The guy that was in there today may 25th at 6:00, not very professional

I came in he had the music blaring. I told him I couldn't hear him well and he kept asking me to repeat things. And when I told him I wasn't going to repeat myself over and over again he told me to relax.
