I would have thought I would have had the worst experience of my life because the day I went there was one young lady there running the entire store.
I was completely flabbergasted that she was by herself answering the phones, making the dough, cooking the pizzas, taking the payments, she was doing EVERYTHING.
And through it all, she was pleasant, respectful courteous.
No staff should ever be alone in a store working a set in a car and watched her and no one helped her. I thought maybe somebody would come out the back and no one did.
Pizza took a little longer then it should have but she was by herself She was doing online orders walking all the things so absolutely She deserve to be shown grace.
I tipped her $15 simply because of her good attitude while working. I tipped her to let her know how much I appreciated her kindness, and my food being fresh and her still showing up the work.
Domino's management need to do better! She did not deserve to be in there by herself running a entire store by herself.
She is a good employee because she held y'all store down and maintained professionalism.
I will definitely be back but I am definitely disappointed that Domino's didn't have enough empathy and sympathy to send this young lady some help or a manager didn't want to get up out of their comfortable bed or off their vacation and go assist this young lady. ...
Read moreOrdered once from this place and it was horrible. Called the Mgr to get replacement and the first time she was nice, she credited my phone number for the next time. When I called to redeem my credit I was told I had to pay a delivery fee which was fine but then they later called and told me after my food was done that I couldn't get delivery because I was out of range (even though we're literally 3 mins away). They told me to order from a different one if I needed delivery lol so I could not get it because we dont have a vehicle. I later found a ride and called and asked them to please remake it because I could now pick it up, they said ok they were putting it in the oven. Again Im 3 minutes away, when I recieved my pizza which was supposed to be an extra cheese pan and bread bites, it looked like they gave me the old pizza I originally ordered which had sat for at least an hour. Flat, cold and literally no cheese. The bread bites were cold but looked ok. When I called to complain about the replacement the mgr basically didn't really care and sounded like she thought I was lying smh, though she offered the exact credit again it's like what's the point in ordering from you guys when you dont even care about getting a simple cheese pizza right. Read moreAbsolutely HORRIBLE customer service. While tracking my order it has shown as delivered when we never received it. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Katie. On my first call she said they never received the order and hung up on me!! When I called again she said I put in wrong address and driver delivered, when I asked her the address they had- it was my correct address and clearly had not been delivered. I asked her if they were going to correct it and send my nearly $50 order and she proceeded to tell me "No, it wasn't her problem" and she will cancel my order. When I told her we had been waiting an hour for the order and just wanted it filled she said "not her problem" and when I said I would contact corporate said "Go Ahead". I was in the food service industry for over 20 years, have been General Manager of my own stores- to see this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism from management is unbelievable!!
