I had the most amazing experience here! I drove past so many times and thought it was so cute and finally stopped by. I bought 4 large cupcakes (a cherry one, honey cinnamon, strawberry, and berries and creme) it. Was. Amazing. I cannot describe how moist and soft these cupcakes are. The cherry one tasted like authentic cherries and not that sweet syrup flavor a lot of cherry baked goods have. I also got two lemon cookies, two macrons, and two scoops of ice creme. Everything was so good. Everyone is aware how hard macrons are to consistently nail and these were the crumbliest, moistest, most beautiful macrons I've ever had in my life. Seriously get the white raspberry one if you stop in.

We also got a whipped creme cheesecake and they gave us the wrong one by mistake when we went back they were more than happy to get us the correct one and told us to keep the banana pudding we were given to try in case we liked it. (Spoiler alert: we did)

Overall the people in here are so nice and friendly and the shop is so cute. There are crotched animals for sale and like bee paraphernalia everywhere. I genuingly could not recommend them enough. Especially as a small native michigan business. We spent like 40 dollars here and don't regret a cent. (Yeah 40 dollars between 4 large cupcakes, 1 small cupcake, 1 large cheesecake, 2 macrons, 2 big cookies, and 2 scoops...

Out of countless visits to The Honeybee Baker I finally remembered to take a picture 😂 Usually the phone eats first, but not here… it’s THAT good. The first thing my fiance and I ever tried was the Honey Cinnamon Cupcake & the Galaxy Brownie. Both amazing. Since then we’ve tried ton of items from cheesecakes, to cookies, to macarons and more. Never once have we had anything we didn’t care for. Honorable mentions to the whipped cheesecake, the banana pudding & the cherry chip cheesecake 🤤🤤 The perfect amount of sweetness throughout every treat 😋 (I will die on the hill of desserts can’t be ‘too’ sweet…that’s not a thing, it’s a dessert for a reason, to be sweet)

On top of just great products, Destany, the owner, is one of the kindest, most hardworking small business owners I’ve ever met. She listens to her customers, she is generous, and she truly cares about what she does. She always pushes out new products and flavors on a weekly basis so there’s always something new to try. Everyone should definitely try...
