Tubby's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Clinton Township

Been coming to this Tubby location for about a year now. The only thing I order is their Pizza Burger Sub, have to say it depends who makes my sandwich, the one guy gets crazy happy using entirely too much pizza sauce and Italian dressing to the point the bread gets too saggy, female makes them much better, I now do not get any dressing on my sub and tell them lite pizza sauce. The Italian Dressing I would love to have on it, they really need to find a way to not make the bread saggy, if a customer has to take away items that will taste good with it, it’s a sign they’re adding entirely too much. Tubby's is #1 for taste & quality of ingredients, in my opinion! I was employed by the company from 1980 thru 85 and let me tell you, the owners of Tubby's are like family. My boss, one of the owners, Mr. Tom Paganes, was a wonderful owner to work for!Mr. Tom Paganes gave me a personal loan to buy a car that I wanted and I did not have established credit to purchase. I ordered a XXXL TUBBYS FAMOUS SUB through GRUB HUB delivery. I have to say the sandwich was terrible. I expected a 24" maybe longer or a much wider bread/sub than what I received. The sandwich was falling apart with way to much dressing, and I love TUBBYS FAMOUS DRESSINGS. The bread was only 12" in length and maybe slightly wider than the regular 12" sandwich. The meat was packed way to much and no room for any vegetables. I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED for what I paid for it and the way it is advertised. I'm going with another TUBBYS LOCATION.
