Edited: So far, not so good. We were the only ones in the dining area ( a couple just left). Had to go find the waitstaff because we sat ourselves per the sign...problem is no one can see you come in due to the set up. We did not want to sit in the bar area. Breadsticks tasted kinda burnt, the cheese "sauce" is shredded Asiago in something, maybe garlic sauce. Could be better...maybe heated up? Waitress keeps bringing one thing out at a time. One drink, one appetizer. Had the one appetizer 15 minutes before the second one, which was also burnt. Asked for lemon with my drink, got lime. Asked for marinara sauce for breadsticks, got none. Have been waiting for refills & beer... another group came in, watched the guy order two beers at one time...should have seen that as another clue. Two more couples came in, finally got our entrƩes...Turkey pretzel sandwich is four very thin slices of turkey lunch meat, in the shape of a circle, did not expect that for $13. Apparently you must ask for the pickle that " comes with" the sandwiches, as the EXTREMELY salty BLT didn't have it. Another couple must have been regulars or friends because while we waited for refills the server was very engaged with them for an unusual amount of time, so much so that it was noticeable that we still did not get the refills from 10 minutes before. Also, we have eaten in places that were understaffed before, the dining area was not that busy. Be that as it may, we have happily waited up to 45 mins for food because there was only one server there, but she was very engaging, explained what was going on and that was an enjoyable experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place use to be one of the best aces to go for dinner and a few beers. Lunch was always amazing. As of late the staff is rude, can't even acknowledge when a costumer has walked in. I get youre busy with other costumers, but at least some sort of acknowledgement other than an eye roll when we sit down. I watched the bartender carry on a conversation for a good 10 minutes while someone else tried to pay their bill. I had to physically go up to the bar and ask if there was a waitress available, was told she's on her way, after already sitting their for almost 20 minutes. The excuse I got was I'm sorry but I couldn't see you the pole was the way. The other person I was with was in clear view of everyone. She didn't like the fact that I asked the bartender if there was a waitress, and then proceeded to send someone else to our table. And still didn't get exactly what I ordered. The attitude is gross here. It's not the same as use to be. This isn't our first time getting served with an attitude either. If you don't like your job, you should t be there. Find some place else. And don't take it out on the people that kind of help pay your bills. We are struggling here, and it would be a little bit easier to deal with without the Attitudes But that's just me I guess. We won't be back for a while sadly. This use to be my go to spot. I suppose ill go spend my money somewhere else since clearly, it's not wanted in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had the worst experience here! We had come in after just finishing some business next door, and immediately the girl who would be our server very loudly states that she doesn't know why people think they can bring babies into bars. It was noon on a Saturday. We were not there to drink, just quickly grab a bite for lunch, and there were just a couple of other people in the entire place. So then Kelsey comes over to take our order and was very short with us through our entire meal, and that's if she even said anything to us at all. Most of the time she just refilled our drinks without a word. It wasn't the most ideal place for us to go, but we needed to eat. Our daughter just had surgery and as a result can't take bottles so I have to take her with me wherever I go. Kelsey made us feel very unwelcome through our entire visit and I will not be back. I hope they plan on rebuilding the Garfield location, because the staff was awesome and the...
