Idk where to begin worst customer service from any gas station I ever been into . My fiancé went in an prepaid for 20 on my pump . I pumped my gas it only did 10 so I went back inside and the cashiers were completely rude . Then I had to pay another 10 I got back out to pump my other 10 and it wasn’t working went back in and she tried to tell me I needed to swipe my card again I said no you already charged me twice for gas . It gets charged to my account the minute you swipe I get a notification. Girl at the register said well I’ll just run it as cash then in a snotty way for a chaiser that is not professional. If it was a pump issue or other cashier mistake that’s ok but you don’t take it out on your customers ! I waited another 15 minutes still nothing, so I call again and the guy who answered said the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago, to which I told him they said 15 minutes before hand that he had just left. Read moreCasey's is a good solid chain gas station. The restrooms are always clean and the pizza is always great. My only problem with Casey's across the board is they fail to follow their own covid-19 policy of requiring all customers to wear a mask. They have a sign on the door which does NOTHING to hold customers accountable. Thankfully, most of the time the clerks are wearing theirs. I wear a mask in all public places, retail establishments and indoors at work. Casey's must be afraid to alienate their customers who refuse to wear masks.
