Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clinton

Quality Control is missing. I order online and order the sauce cups for the pizza, and they frequently leave it off, so if someone else picks up the pizza and they overlook it, then I often don't have the sauces. Pizza consistency is not the same. Light BBQ sauce is rarely the same for 2 pizzas. Regular BBQ sauce is WAY too much like they just poured it on. It is NOT uncommon for toppings you DIDN'T order to end up on the pizza, I'm assuming because the toppings stuck to their gloves when they were making the pizza before. Somehow they miss it, though, and NEVER take the foreign toppings off. When they distribute the toppings, it is usually sloppy. If you have 4 toppings you are almost guaranteed to have at least one of them bunched on one side or missing on a large portion of it. When I order chicken pizzas, the chicken is ALWAYS lumped on one side and scarce (if at all) on the other. Sometimes it is just thrown into the middle with little effort to distribute it. I have had pizzas with 4 toppings where 1/4 was missing one topping and another portion of the pizza is missing other toppings. It's like they just throw it on sometimes. Sometimes they can't even read the tickets. I have had pizzas where I ordered it without cheese only to have it made with cheese. One of those times I had someone pick it up, and they missed it, so I ended up having one with cheese anyway. The last time this happened (recently) they didn't discover it. The one picking up the pizza did, so the pizza had to be remade, BUT the other pizzas started getting cold in the process. With that said, though, IF they get it right, the pizzas are good. And every time I have had an order delivered, the drivers have been very friendly. It's just the quality control of the pizzas that is the big issue. What sucks is that this is the ONLY place I order pizza and I used to on a frequent basis. Now, I rarely order one because I don't want to deal with the hassle. I RARELY get an order where the toppings are correct, where they are evenly distributed, and where the pizzas are still hot (not having to be remade). These problems have happened with both carryout and delivery. This store USED to be second-to-none with their quality and they almost NEVER got an order wrong. Now, it's a common issue, and it just isn't worth it to me. It's like neither the management nor the employees care sometimes about whether they get an order right. They need consistency, and they need someone who double-checks the pizzas AGAINST THE TICKET after they have been boxed instead of just shoving them onto the shelf. They need to get back to caring about the quality of what they produce. For now, I'm better off spending my money at other restaurants where I can depend on them...

It’s a shame when I go back to write a review and just 2 year ago this store received 5 stars in everything. We spend almost $70 if not more every time we come to dominos about 2 times a week. I am tired of the last several times coming and the food is burned up and not edible. Honest to God this is one of the five cheese dips I tried to stir up and it hardly had any in it and burned up what was in it. I called to complain; because I am so tired of paying for this food! The manager wouldn’t even respond when I asked her what she suggested. I thought we were disconnected. Then she responds and said, “maybe you should call in to tell them to take it out sooner that they are all timed with a specific timer.” I have had this dip not be burned up and I have had it burned up. Ordered pizza last minute and put no garlic sauce on one pizza. The food was made quickly, and they were boxing as we walked in, but they put the garlic sauce on the pizza. When I checked it and told them they had messed up, not one person said a word. I noticed the same pizza coming out of the oven and asked the guy giving me my change if I could trade out since it wasn't correct. He asked to whom I assumed to be the manager, and he said no because it was a large. He offered to remake mine, and I said no, that I didn't want to wait for it. The lady boxing the pizzas said she was going to remake it but didn't realize we would be there so soon. So, why not say something when the problem was confronted? She deliberately waited until the manager offered to remake and then used our "early" arrival as a reason to not do so. I don't order from here often for...
