Pulled into the drive through at 10:30am on February 14, 2025- placed an order for 3 little John turkey sandwiches, a regular tuna and a regular Italian (no meals), was told at the window that if I wanted to order than many sandwiches I needed to use the app as they had other orders. Let’s just say she wasnt nice either, voice raised and very defiant! Needless to say, it was 10:30am, not a single car in the drive through or parking lot and 5 employees standing around when we were told this. Very unprofessional and wrong! If you can’t pull in and order simple sandwiches why have a drive through. Proceeded to call customer service and file a complaint.
