McDonald's — Restaurant in Clinton

McDonald's has alright food itself in general. On the contrary, the service is quite slow, even when there's not many other customers. They're always understaffed, my orders often are incorrect, and the lobby is messy. The building itself is well designed having been remodeled 6-12 months ago. There is a 12 seat countertop by the east entrance, 8-10 double bench/chair tables, central 8 stool table, 3 seat couch with 2 single tables in front, a 3-4 seat wall bench with 2 single tables in front, and a 5-6 seat wall bench along the bathroom walls with 3 single tables. The single tables are wheelchair accessible, and the 2 ends of the table row along the eastern side have moveable chairs for wheelchair accessibility. Additionally, any ends of the tables and the stools table can fit a wheelchair or baby chair. The women's bathroom has 2 stalls and the men's bathroom has 1 stall and 1 urinal. Both bathrooms are equipped with 2 hand dryers, 2 sinks, 2 soap dispensers, and a wide wall mirror above the sinks. The front counter of the store has 2 cash registers (sometimes they only have 1 on, and they need manager verification via thumbprint to make remove/modify order items), a generous bakery display shelf, and an order counter where they bring to-go orders and have a mobile order shelf. They may still have a fountain machine in the lobby. There's one trashcan/tray lay by the east entrance, and two trashcan/tray lays by the north entrance. There are 4 self-order kiosks in the middle of the store, in front of the front counter, but not all of them will usually work. There are 2 drive-thru lanes. They have bike fencing by the east entrance. Overall, the store is well designed and poorly maintained, service is horribly slow and inconsiderate, and the food is usually alright if made well. Worst drive thru experience ever. Just passing through, grabbing a nuggets meal in the drive-thru. 1 car in front of me. Line was so slow my kids went in and used thr bathrooms and came back before I got 1 car past ordering. When I got to the window he had the wrong total and order for me...I told him I got a 10 piece nugget meal w sprite and a chocolate milk. He asked if I remembered the total, I didnt but I told him a 10 piece meal is 9.99 and chocolate milk a few bucks, so maybe 13 13 dollars. He said, "ok just a minute!" And shut the window. He was with another lady dingdonging that darn machine like he was trying to launch a rocket. We waited what seemed like an eternity before he opened the window and took our payment. Of course he said we have to pull forward to wait even longer for our order. Then, after waiting possible another 10 minutes, a lady came out with our order...of course without the ketchup. Over 30 minutes from start to finish - without even ketchup. What was supposed to be 10 minute stop to keep the kids happy until we could get to searcy turned into kids sitting in the car an extra 30-40 minutes! ...shoulda...

Myself and my family stopped at Clinton McDonald's today. My husband ordered a hot and spicy McChicken and they didn't put the chicken on the sandwich. We ordered 8 burgers/sandwiches in total and we were parked to wait on our food. My kids burger patties were so old they were almost black. The fries were super cold. 🙄 I went inside to have the issue corrected and there was no one at the counter. I said "excuse me" pretty loudly and all I could hear were the people in the back and in the window having conversations and laughing/giggling. I was completely ignored until the cook that was running orders outside to people came back in and noticed me standing there. Then I waited another 10 minutes on them to remake 1 sandwich.

Every time we come here, something is ALWAYS messed up. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service and a waste of money. I wish there was an option to give less than 1 star because they don't even...
