Pies are excellent, employees are incompetent. A tradition at our house is you pick out a pie for your birthday. After 20 minutes of looking over the list, my boyfriend 10 year old granddaughter picked out the Apple Cheesecake Pie . I ordered it and received a call this morning that a employee cut into the pie and sold 2 pieces out of it. They would give me the pie free r a French silk one free. How do you serve and take pictures with a 10 year old girl a pie with pieces missing r a pie she doesn't like ? This isn't the first order they have missed up but the other was for out of town adult guest , not a child . Will not be ordering anymore pies , not sure what you will receive...

I was a vendor here for 1.5 months and it was ugly. ill post the screenshots of my conversation with the owner below. I didn’t receive my report for my november sales and I inquired about it because the report I finally got was incorrect. I am NOT going to go get this check because it’s not about the money, it’s about the way I was treated and I didn’t get what was owed to me. she has never seen my items, as she lives in colorado, and if she’d take a minute to look at my facebook profile (where I left a review on her facebook page) she’d see I am married with two kids. do not recommend for vendors to be set up in here, not worth the headache or money...

Awful experience. The man and woman there were out back smoking when we came in. Whole place smelled of cigarettes. We ordered boba and they seemed confused on how to make it. Asked if we wanted it hot (boba is never meant to be hot). Made it with warm, salinated water with ice, and tea bags? Not boba. None of those things are boba. I don't think they've even ever had it before and just think the pearls mean boba. No. This was the worst 'cafe' experience I've ever had. We threw them away the second we got outside....
