First, let me say the ice cream itself was great. My complaint is with the overall customer service experience. This was my 1st time patronizing this business with my family. No other customers were in the store when we walked in. There were two ladies at the front counter & not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed any help. Also, when I asked the lady at the cash register a question, her answer was very condescending as if I should already know the answer. I had to let her know this was my 1st visit for Gods sake. I don’t care how great your product is if your customer service stinks. Please do some customer service training with your employees before you lose another...

My family and I really enjoyed this ice cream shop. They have a ton of different ice cream flavors, toppings, and they even have adult ice cream for those 21 years of age or older. The staff are very friendly, the place inside and outside are clean, the bathroom is clean and they have a good amount of seating. The price is pretty fair considering the growing price of everything else. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an ice cream shop. WAY...
