I've gone to this place several times but this will be my LAST visit. The girl taking my order was very rude. Her first words were "welcome to Arby's what do you want?" Then throughout the process of my ordering, as I was reading it off of a paper, she kept "okay and?" And when I ended with "and I lastly id like __ please" she came back with a very agitated "is that it?" Her tome just screamed she didn't want to be there.
And then, after paying over 50 dollars and getting home.
Our order was not only incorrect but the food was terrible.
We were charged for and received 2 orders of a #3 meal (only had ordered one) but we only had one drink for the meal. The sandwiches were supposed to come with au jus sauce but there was barely enough in the container to cover the bottom.
The beef and cheddar sandwiches were all cold. And lacking cheese.
We were supposed to have 3 orders of curly fries and 1 crinkle fry-no. We had 5 orders of curly fries, one of which had an enormous blonde hair in it.
We had a kids meal. Apparently they felt it was okay to give us just 2 chicken nuggest in it. I suppose they felt they made up for it by giving us the extra fries? Which they also charged us for...
I thought about going back but honestly I wouldn't have been able to stay very friendly if I had and didn't want the confrontation with an employee who was already being rude.

Read moreWe dined in. The food was made to order, which is always good; however, the service packed a little bit of friendliness. I don't know about anyone else but I know that it's important that customers are treated with respect and courtesy and unfortunately, this restaurant fails in that department. It seemed like maybe we were more of a nuisance to them because we came in later at night before their lobby closed and it appeared to be that they were cleaning the restaurant for closing quite early and we felt rushed and unappreciated. My suggestion is to order drive-thru only, where you will also get a bad attitude, or the lack of a smile, or a thank you even. In a world that is dying for customer service it is important that Arby's is able to have customers appreciate the service that they'd ring the bell on their way out the door!
The ambiance was good, the environment was okay and it was clean and the restaurant the restrooms were clean and it was actually very welcoming looking in, what ruined the experience was the employees that failed to create a great dining experience. My main problem is that the menu pricing has increased significantly so I feel the customer service should be on point every single time and management should be pushing...
Read moreOrder chicken strips. When we got home the chicken strips were chewy and cold and obviously hours old. I thought maybe it was a one time thing since we have ordered chicken strips many times at this Wendy's and they have always been fresh.
So the next week we stopped and again I ordered chicken strips and added that I wanted hot, fresh strips. When we pulled up to the window our order was ready, which I found odd because we usually have to wait to get fresh strips. We checked the strips out and they were very hot so I figured they were fresh. When I took a bit of one it was SO very obvious they had taken stale, cold strips and threw them back in the fryer. They were inedible, completely inedible. I wonder how much money they think they save selling stale, old food compared to losing customers!?
