Ordered online and chose Pie Pass for grab and go convenience. My pizza tracker said done so I went in to grab my pizza. The young lady at the front was putting the pizza in the pie pass and saw me. I asked if it was my order and it was, so she handed them to me and said have a nice day. The manager came from the back and made her dig through the pile of receipts to find my receipt and make me sign. So I called to speak with Tyler the GM and asked for the Pie Pass process before stating my complaint. I had my husband return the pizza the next day and he was told that it was normal for it to be that way. It was obvious that it was over cooked. A gluten-free crust doesn't take as long to bake as regular pizza. My husband had a stuffed crust extravaganza and his crust was baked perfectly.
