So very disappointed with the service. NOBODY would come to the counter to take our or another gentlemanās order. We ordered but the other gentleman could not see well and didnāt know how to use the kiosk. We helped him order and he wanted to pay cash. He thought he had to pay when the order was picked up and waited. Us and several people who came in after us got their order but the older gentleman and his wife were still waiting. I walked to the counter to help him and said excuse me at least five times. Was told we will be with you shortly. We waited and nothing. I said excuse me and was ignored. So I said I know you can hear me can someone come help this guy. Again was told someone will be with you. The person who kept saying this then sent someone else to the counter. I told her what was happening and she said so is he paying with Cash and I said yes, she says well thereās the problem. Until you pay it doesnāt put in the order, although they can see the order on their screen. She never even said anything to the man. He paid, and the man and his wife waited for a bit again. No Iām sorry or anything! Some older people canāt read that tiny screen, and they donāt understand the kiosk issue. Please have a heart, and customer service to those who donāt understand. We have all been there a few times (different people in group ordering or picking up) and have never once received a completely correct order. Many times we have received an item that was about 1/4 of the way full so its mostly just the dried out tortillas. Almost every time we go, we get the same rude cashier. Always talking about something else other than your order and then you are asked to repeat it when she doesn't understand. Today I believe she was talking about a handprint on her car over and over. She wanted to be sure her co-worker could hear, so she had to talk over me (apparently that is how she missed half of my order). When's I received my order I asked if she heard me order the coffee and she just said "no" with attitude. I asked her if they could make coffee and she said "your card" with attitude. Then set them in through my window with attitude. Even if it wasn't her fault(which it was), you still need to understand basic customer service skills. And on top of all that...the prices have gone up. For almost the same price you can go to Robertito's or arsenio's or local taco trucks that are all over this area. Went inside at about 11:42am (checked time at 11:44) They weren't taking orders very quickly and when they did, they would disappear without even acknowledging anyone else. When I thought it was my turn, the employee let a lady take cuts that just came in saying she had an online order...he left to go get it and didn't even return to take my order. He sent it with someone else. Any other employee that would bring food out would just ignore the people waiting to order. Watching the employees working the food prep, they were moving pretty slow but there were at least 6 back there but only one must have had authority to take orders. I gave up at 11:51 since I had not even been acknowledged and didn't want to risk another 10 mins to get it made IF they were ever going to take my order.
