I have to give this location a shout-out for being outstanding! I hadn't planned on stopping for a coffee, but I swung by at the last minute. I was distracted with life and a very busy day, so I needed help with my order. They're no longer serving butter pecan so I tried a hot pumpkin spice latte, from the server's recommendation. It was really good, and it was nice and hot. My son didn't remember the name of his drink, but again the server was amazing and she helped him figure it out. Of course my son was hungry - lol growing teenagers š So I asked for a dozen donuts. They had made up some special donuts for school starting- so cute! They were very fresh and they have a great assortment. It was a busy time of day but they weren't rude or rushing towards us at all. I have seen SOOOOOOO many almost accidents in the drive thru because they just simply cut people off. There is no reason they can get in the regular lane and just tell them at the speaker that they placed a mobile order. I have been in the drive thru lane over 30 minutes before and just watching one after of the merge lane people just cutting people off & when you mention it to the staff they just shrug their shoulders. This is not ok, they are not better than the people ordering at the speaker. I have never seen this at any other Dunkin location nor any other fast food drive thru lane & it is out of hand at this...

Been multiple times. Someone was confused about my drink once. Good experiences every single other time. I noticed dunkin donuts seems to be trying to solve staffing issues by hiring much younger employees at MULTIPLE locations I've stopped. I think people need to be a little more patient while these kids learn how to do the jobs the adults aren't filling. They could be closing their doors all together instead like...
