wow idk who that manager thinks she is but the way she treats those poor teenagers that work there and yells at them infront of customers is so abusive those kids don’t deserve to be yelled at like that by some older lady who decided her career was going to be working as a manager for carl’s jr.! she should have more sympathy especially during rush hour these are literally children !!! if she’s so comfortable verbally abusing the young workers infront of customers imagine what she says when she thinks no one is listening ?! idk why they don’t train their service leaders better they should be ashamed...

I went in with my family to order and already the cashier Blanca was being rude to everyone who was ordering before us. When she got to us we told her what we wanted and I told her I wanted a beyond famous star with cheese because I’m a vegetarian and when we got our order she gave me a regular famous star and when I went to tell her about it she said I never told her that and she was laughing at my face and I asked her what about this is funny that I could sue her if I wanted to and she told me to sue and she still charged me for the remake and never gave...

On Saturday, August 2nd, in the afternoon, I went with my family to eat at Carl’s Jr. Since I don’t like bread, Luna, the young lady who attended me, recommended the guacamole wrapped in lettuce, which turned out to be an excellent choice.
