Juan Pollo — Restaurant in Coachella

I recently just went to Juan Pollo and let me tell you, amazing. The skin on that chicken is the best I ever had. The chicken breast was juicy which in chicken is very hard to get. The rice is amazing I love that they actually put chicken in it. I do not like mayo at all so I never get potato salad but the moment I tried this potato salad I fell in love with it. This is probably the only place I get potato salad from. The service was great for me when I went. And I truly appreciate the fact that they took every safety precaution necessary during these times by adding a screen between the customer and the cashier counter. I had not been to Juan Pollo in many years. I remember back then there was a short Hispanic lady. I don't know if she was the owner or the manager, anyway, she always treated her customers with courtesy and respect. I went into the store and ordered in Spanish, the cashier gave a look and spoke to me in English. I don't have a problem speaking in either languages, but as a courtesy, she should have responded in Spanish. Her attention was to a coworker while I was ordering. By far my favorite rotisserie chicken in the valley. The chicken is always juicy and the skin is so flavorful! I usually get the whole chicken with some potato salad or a side of rice. I like that the rice has bits of chicken in it. You can also get horchata here and it's not elderly sweet or powdery like in some other places.
