I ordered 6 items and only 3 were done. After waiting almost an hour, I asked Minerva if my orders were almost ready, and turns out that they weren't even started because they were forgotten!! Supposedly they were very busy so they forgot about it. How could they be so busy when it was only my party and a couple!!!??? It was a terrible service for my party and I!!
