This store is amazing! Coachella valley family, go to this store instead of the la quinta one. People are much nicer and considerate. You’re greeted the moment you walk in the door. The deals are great and they always have bargains. 😊 My purchase was processed through Joseph, and he is a very kind person. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anything in that store. I shop at Big 5 often and have never had an excellent customer service experience like today. These guys Sergio and Martin went far and beyond their job in helping us. Was one of the best experiences ive had shopping. Upon looking at receipt i went back to double check. I must say this WAS a 5 star review. But when greeted initially Yahira when askes for help..points to back and says "its in the back" When i came back in.
