Worse customer service ever. I called in an order 1 hour before they stop making deliveries and I gave the employee my phone number and delivery address I ordered my food and paid by phone with my credit card. So I'm with 2 of my good friends visiting from out of town and we are starving waiting for the pizza to arrive and after 34 minutes of wait time I get a call back from pizza hut and a different employee is now telling me that my address is out of there delivery range and that they will not deliver my pizza. I offered to pay $50 extra for the 10 minute drive from their location to mines and they denied that. Online when you search pizza hut near me for indio CA this location is the first to come up on the listings and it clearly says the location is in Indio. The employee told me they are the Coachella location and only will deliver to Coachella addresses. I'm literally a 10 minute or less drive away from their location so I offered to just pick up the order myself which was fine to them so I drive there with only 15 minutes til they close. I arrive and I call them so that they may bring out my order and they again say we will be right out. I wait 15 minutes in my car, well passed closing time, then finally an employee comes out but without any food in hand. I'm at this point very aggravated and the employee tells me I'm sorry but we tried to change the order from a delivery order to a curve side pick up order and the system canceled the transaction entirely and you have to order again and pay again. I had left my credit card on my night stand after I took it out my wallet to pay for this order so I didnt have a way to pay for it now and not considering they are closed already. They gave me this big run around just because they were almost done with their work day and were too lazy to make one more order and deliver it. They did not give me any kind of suggestion for assistance nor did they do anything besides put me in a hour long inconvenience running around trying to get food by my company and myself. I suggest you avoid this specific location the employees are all very rude and not very helpful at all. I asked what special they had when I was ordering and the employee said if you look online you can see our menu and deals for yourself.... like seriously!?!? ...
Read moreI was part of the winter parade in Coachella last night. I had 25 hungry kids that were going to be dancing in the parade. I'm a business owner in Indio. I walked in to order some pizzas but I also had to use the restroom so I got out of line and walked to the restroom. There was a gentleman in front of me so I waited at the door. I was waiting for maybe 15 seconds when some young ”guy” came out from the kitchen to specifically tell me with an annoyed expression that the restrooms are for customers only and I could not use the restroom there. He didn't even ask me if I was going to buy anything. I didn't have an attitude, I simply said okay and I walked away. If this is how you treat people, then you don't deserve my business or the 25 families that were there with me last night. In fact they said they would never step foot in your place again. Good job!
So anyone out there reading this comment, one star by me and multiple people in these reviews means, stay away. If a corporation is not willing to treat people from their community right, then they don't deserve our money. They don't belong in our community siphoning money away from small local businesses. Read moreI ordered on the Pizza Hut app and had requested the order be ready at 3:15pm but somehow it got sent to the store at the time I ordered it and was ready within 20mins. I drive up to the pick up window at 3:30 to pick up and ring the bell for service, and the guy opens the window as if he’s opening the door at his house very bothered to assist me, gives me a very unpleasant look and says nothing as he bops his head. I say hi I’m here for my order, he said uhh huh, under what name? I Told him my name and he said ohh no we cancelled that order, you were supposed to pick it up at 2:20pm, so we cancelled it. I said ohh no it must of sent to the store when I ordered but I clicked on the later option, but ok then. He said we still have it, but it’s not fresh. I said it’s ok, I’ll take it. Rings me up, I ask for a receipt and says I can’t give you a receipt since it was cancelled. I tell him ok, thank you. I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut many times, the cheese sticks are my favorite! With this last experience and over all service, is a great disappointment.
