Drive thru moving excruciating slow 30 minutes ago at 9:30 am. Took 10 minutes to get to pickup window. Then orders ere messed up. I got 2 decaf coffees instead of one regular. Then my order was not there although several bags were just sitting there on counter. It told the person about coffees and she said to pull forward as they had to make my order. I asked to have manager come out and speaks to me. I pulled forward and waited several more minutes and food not manager never came out. I went back inside and person sitting at register said the guy waiting for food wants see manager. Manager came over with food and handed it to me which I refused. Image tried to make excuses as why food was late but bottom line is poor management of business operations. I refused the order when she gave to me as how can expect food to be correct if they cannot get normal orders right? I also refused a refund because this was wasting too much time. There are also issues at other McDonalds in eastern Kentucky like ordering 2 cheeseburgers and they arrive with NO Meat. Local, district and regional managers need to step up, assume responsibility, be replaced or reprimanded in some cases and get their restaurants up to standard. Extremely disappointing experience. I mostly use the drive-through, and while they have double lanes, they donāt alternate taking orders efficiently. This creates absolute chaos ššØ with cars competing to move ahead, rather than a smooth flow. Almost every time, they ask you to park and wait, with three or four cars piled up ššš, often parked over 100 feet away from the doorālogistically, itās a mess.
The staff seem clueless š. Nearly every employee either doesnāt know what to do, has to ask the customer for instructions, or needs someone else to handle the situation for them. š¤¦āāļøš¤·āāļø
And letās be honest: McDonaldās used to be a budget-friendly option. Not anymore šø. The prices here are now comparable to Wendyās, Subway, and Burger Kingāno more $0.99 deals, and feeding a family can get pricey šµš.
Iām not sure what happened, but service and quality have gone downhill, possibly due to a change in management or ownership over the past year. I wonāt be coming back to this...
