Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Coal Run Village

I have bought my very last pizza from this Little Caesars. I placed an online order at 6:00 pm this evening give or take a few minutes. I had a confirmation number and received a email that said my pizza was ready at 6:20 pm. When I arrived at the store my food was not in the portal nor was it in their online orders. They said I probably had the wrong store. I assured them I had the correct store. So I asked what there address and phone number was and it was the same address and phone number that was on my order confirmation. It took 4 people to try to figure it out and they got no where. They looked the the 3 stooges walking around trying to figure it out. Not one of them apologized for the mistake nor did they offer me a discount on my order, a free pizza, or a 2 liter of pop for the Hassle. I mean really why all the yelling between them about it. Totally uncalled for. So they just made another pizza. Well I set down to wait for this pizza and as I am waiting a Cockroach comes out from under the chair beside me across the floor and proceeded to crawl on the lady that was waiting at the front desk who was also having issues. That drew the line for me. Pikeville, Ky Little Caesars on Coal Run is absolutely the most nastiest place. For this to be a new store that has been open for a year or longer is awful....

Had a terrible visit today, not usually one to write bad reviews as I myself am a manager in fast food so understand stuff happens. Today I was in a hurry so before I left the house I called the store to place a order for a simple cheese pizza. The guy on the phone sounded very rude but no big deal I get it. The problem came about after I tried to order a cheese pizza and I was told that there's no point in ordering it over the phone because they always keep some hot and ready which I know is a lie because they are always out of everything but I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Well as to no surprise it wasn't "Hot and ready" and now here I am still waiting for my food 15 minutes later. I get things happen and it gets busy but if someone places an order over the phone just take it. Heck it helps them because it gives them time to prepare. I highly recommend everyone go elsewhere for pizza. If your on a budget like me and am looking for cheap pizza that's why we got the little...

Ordered a deep dish pizza this evening. Once getting it home the pizza was pure dough. Called and they offered to make another. Said they didn’t understand why it would be dough. No apology. So I drove 15 minutes back up there, very inconvient. Told the worker I was there to pick up the pizza and handed them the other. They grabbed it... I assume inspecting it. Brought the new pizza to me. Asked me to look at it to see if it was ‘good enough’. I said well it’s not dough. Proceeded to tell her the other was pure dough. She said they had looked at it. She said thank you. However again no apology. So 30 minutes of my time and gas wasted. We visited this location often... After the disgusting pizza I was sent home with and lack of acknowledgement of their mistake... I’m not sure we will...
