Crabby's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Coal Valley

Went today for lunch with my boyfriend. They were busy but only had one waitress working. Took over an hour to get food. My boyfriend's seat was messy and sticky so he asked for a rag to clean it up, which was left on our table the entire time we ate because she didn't come back to our table once she brought the food. We didn't mind the wait for the food but I had to get up and clear our own plates (and take the rag back) and ask her for the check because I had to get to work. The food was bar food, it was decent. For the most part, very hospitable staff and clientele. Good food and wide selection for a bar and grill. Great pricing on food and drinks. Lots of pool and dart leagues to join if you live in the area. I travel a lot and normally pick my bar/grill of choice for return trips so having checked out other bar and grills in close proximity, this is my first choice in this area. The town was full to the brim due to the last flea market of the season. Which begs the question: why did this place have only 1 cook and 1 server? It took an hour to get our food. The food was cold due to it sitting while server cut lemons. The fries were the worst I have ever eaten and I'm thinking most if the food was microwaved.
