I came here as a pitstop while taking my grandparents to their home in San Francisco while coming from Ontario. I looked up this place and saw all the good reviews. I know some Mexican food establishments have good reviews but are mostly from people who don't have a very good taste of Mexican food lol. I was not disappointed and don't regret coming here. When I got my grandparents slowly inside and sat them down because they are both 90. I started telling them the menu. I was speaking kind of loud because my grandparents hearing isn't getting any better. I was taking kind of long telling them the menu since it's my first time. One of the workers there who was wearing a baseball cap and of Mexican decent came and told me he can take our order at our table. Now keep in mind that at this establishment you order at the front not at the table. So the nice gentleman explained everything to my grandparents while helping him out at the same time telling him what my grandparents are saying since they kind off mutter. He then wrote down what they wanted and asked me and my friend who was accompanying me if we wanted to order at the table or front. We said front so we don't cut in front of anyone. The customer service here is excellent I commend the kind and hard working gentleman for exceeding in customer service and friendliness. All the other workers were good too. The carne asada fries here were one of the best I've ever had plus it literallycomes with avocado slices instead of some cheap guac. My friend said the tacos are also delicious and my grandparents loved the burritos they ordered. I would definitely stop here again when I am going to San Fran. Great Mexican food...

This taqueria is off interstate 5's West Dorris Avenue exit in the town of Coalinga. It's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week... the taqueria that is. How convenient is that? Very!

The taqueria is super close to the freeway, easy peasy to get to. I've been here several times which was during the day. So I have no idea about what’s it like during the night. Anyways, the food is tasty. The majority of folks that work here are cordial and no nonsense. The dining room is kept very clean. The location is modern looking and seems newish. Right next door is an AM PM which shares a parking lot with the taqueria. That parking lot is also kept pretty clean as well. Ya all know that cleanliness matters.

The green salsa is to live for. Mmm. The breakfast burritos are only served until 12pm. Those are big hefty suckers packed with meat of your choosing (bacon, chorizo, or ham), eggs, potatoes, beans and cheese. Good ratio of each. The street tacos are $ 4 each. I learned the hard way that the street tacos is best eaten on the spot. Due to the juiciness of the meat, the structural integrity of the tortillas weakens. The meat is tasty but not omg outrageously flavorful.

The meats and fixings are in hot trays behind a glass counter. You can view all the happenings as they assemble the orders right before your eyes....

This taco eatery is open 24 hours. It’s off Interstate 5’s Coalinga exit. It’s close to the freeway, easy enough to get too. I dropped on in on the weekend in midday. I ordered over 20 tacos with them split amongst three different meats. I asked for the shredded chicken and the woman showed me the tray of chicken. I confirmed that was the chicken I wanted and not the other drier, cut chicken. Then I asked her again when I saw her making the tacos with the other cut of chicken, she replied that the order was NOT mine. But it was! Then she said that was the chicken I ordered and said that the shredded was not an option for the tacos. Good grief! Never mind the two conversations we had and her confirmation. I must have imagined it. Anyways, the tacos are street taco size and served on soft tortillas. They average $4 a piece. Not too shabby a price. The asada and Barbacoa tacos were tasty, great flavors. I didn’t have the chicken though. Other menu items are burritos $12-15, tortas $11-16, and quesadillas $13. The food is tasty but sours with the dismal customer service and blame game.

Everything in this particular side of the exit is fast food, so this was the only option for "real food," besides Denny's and we didn't want to go and wait 1 hour for food. This taqueria is pretty expensive considering the food is drenched in oil. I ordered a breakfast burrito without beans and would highly recommend that to everyone. We ordered quesabirrias and probably shouldn't have lol. The tacos de tripa were the tiniest tacos and oil was dripping off them. What's funny is that we went to Starbucks after for a sandwich instead. If you're starving and want something other than fast food, order a breakfast burrito. It'll fill you up :) We used the bathroom here and it’s a gender neutral, one stall. There is plenty of parking.
