Every time I come here my food is always messed up and once I finally make it back home I have to come back to make it right. No one ever apologizes, even the manager. I’ve been disappointed multiple times here especially by the service from the manager. Just the other day I ordered a Sprite and they gave me a water and I got all the way home and took a drink of it and I realized it was water and I was not happy. I come back and make a complaint and the manager just makes awkward eye contact with me and says (which this was actually the first apology I’ve ever received here with having 3+ orders messed up before) I’m sorry in the most mousy way possible and right before I left the drive through. Most of the staff is rude (and 9 times out of 10 I have to catch them before I leave because they always try to send me off without a drink). It’s just reoccurring horrible service and it really sucks!! I definitely won’t ever be coming here again
( also not to mention the time that I ordered a medium and large meal and didn’t even receive the medium fry or drink and when we asked the girl about our missing fry she told us that we were lying and that she put the bag together and that she couldn’t have missed anything. As if we were hiding a french fry! Are you kidding!? We had to argue with her until she finally gave up and told us to pull forward but we just ended up getting our refund instead and we had the same manager who doesn’t apologize and he was actually on break and I know that he heard this altercation happening because this young girl was very clearly yelling at her customers in the drive-through and when I come up to the counter his excuse is “oh sorry I was on break”... I understand and I empathize with all of these people because I work in food business and I can understand how hard and frustrating it can get but I’ve never once accused a customer of lying even when they had the receipt and the bag. Read morePerson taking our order could barely speak English let alone speak up enough to compensate for the noise of the semi's passing by, after finally confirming our order at the pay window we were still missing an order of frys...told the guy that and he read the order back again and confirmed three orders of frys....asked to confirm the toddler toy...said yes it's there...asked for ranch...said yes it will be in there...... received our order a few minutes later..... missing an order of frys....had to pay for the third fry there because it wasn't on the original order..... received the frys and went to our destination..... upon further investigation.... no receipt....no napkins....no ranch....no kids milk...and no toddler toy. Went back to talk to a manager and was denied. Person said I didn't need a manager they would handle it. This person being the same one that took my order barely speaking English. Gave me an OPEN container of milk....had to ask her for another one and when manager did appear just brushed the whole incident off to "well we're just busy". Highly do not recommend this place. The staff are very friendly, the manager will bring you your food if he has time, the crew are mostly wearing uniforms, one of the crew -tall dude, beard, no hair net, and a Hawaiian shirt and jeans. Ah, to be young and disorganized, I’m sure we can all remember those days, maybe lol.
I had two Quarter Pounders with cheese, one light ketchup. One had the regular amount, the other was swimming in ketchup.
Odd, they just closed the lobby - While we and other guests are still here! Hopefully they clean their dining room.
If you need to go to the bathroom, you have to go to the adjoining gas station (Coburg Market) and if you didn’t read this and know and allowed your child to go alone you you find that they can’t come back they way they went because the double door is one way.
