I very rarely post using my real name but since I already have a case with Burger King Corporate using my real name and tel, I guess it doesnt matter. ,
In short, my complaint was about having several encounters with an employee at the BK drivethru on hilsborro bv in Coconut creek. I have never had an issue with the other girls at this restaraunt. I get my coffee there 3-4 days a week at about 630 or 645.. But if you go after 7am during weekdays, you will likely greeted by a rude girl who has a poor disposition towards customers. She is the one who talks a mile a minute - you cant understand her. But she yells back at you that "she cant understand you"
But Im very dissapointed by the lack of response from BK Corporate - or their complaint division. In fact I have called Corporate twice and elaborated in detail about the employee. I first called on a Sat when once again I encountered this employee (I didnt expect her to be there on a sat). After my initial complaint, I waited a week, and called a 2nd time as a follow up.
It been 5 days since the 2nd call. Im not sure whats worse, a complaint about a rude employee with a major corp or the company that seems quite apathetic about the complaint.
The only reason why this BK in Coconut Creek gets 2 stars is because the other girls are fairly friendly. But I will have to avoid that Coconut Creek BK, because if it happened again, I will not be as forgiving as I have been and it will not be a pretty scene. I treat others as they treat me . I usually give people a break. People have bad days, Drive thru's are a difficult job, But After awhile its time to reciprocate their attitude
I don't wish anyone to be fired as people need jobs. Nor am I looking for a free breakfast. But management needs to talk to this girl
EDIT: 2 MONTHS Later and BK corporate still has not replied. I have not been back to that...

I'm a vegetarian and an avid impossible whopper fan, so I was excited to see if I could get the new whopper melt with an impossible patty instead of meat. The cashier was a nice woman in her 60's, who seemed eager to help me. She went to ask if the whopper melt could be made vegetarian. The answer ended up being that I could not have it my way, but I appreciated the effort and ordered my usual impossible whopper.
After receiving my order, I went over to a table to put some honey mustard on my sandwich. The cashier who helped me came over and made a comment about if she had known I wanted sauce on the burger they could have made it that way. She then apologized again for not being able to accommodate my impossible melt request. I really appreciated the extra effort this employee was taking to provide a friendly experience, which you do not see at many fast food establishments.
HOWEVER mid conversation the manager behind the counter yelled at this employee to "leave this gentleman alone and get back to wiping tables". I shudder to think this angelic bk employee is subject to chastisement and reprisal simply for going the extra mile to make a customer enjoy their bk experience. I would understand if this employee needed to help other customers but the dining area was empty.
on my way out the employee held the door open for me and offered to help me take my food and drinks out to the car. S-tier customer service.
As a customer I care a lot about how employees are treated. Happy employees make happy customers.

Read moreI have lived down the street from this Burger King for nearly 15 years. They have never, ever, not once gotten my order correct. Not a single time in almost 15 years. Eat in, drive-thru, delivery… doesn’t matter. Wrong order every single time. Not even close. Granted, these days I refuse to go here very often anymore. But let’s just say for hypothetical purposes that I’ve eaten there once a year for the last 15 years. I’m being very generous, because I definitely still give them chances to get it right more often than once a year… They’ve never gotten my order correct. Not once. Not a single time in nearly 15 years. So, in this hypothetical scenario, I only eat at Burger King once a year for 15 years. And they’ve never gotten my order correct. 0 for 15. I say hypothetical, because my dumbass has definitely eaten there more than once a year for the last 15 years. A lot more. And it’s never been right. Never, ever once gotten my order correct. That is, honest to God, astounding. The odds on that are genuinely astronomical. It’s cosmically awful. Whoever franchises this restaurant doesn’t deserve to run it. It’s garbage. THEY are garbage for caring so little. For well over a decade and a half, the only thing I can count on this location for is to absolutely butcher my order and get it wrong. Every...
