Rotelli Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Coconut Creek

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this Rotellis. Delivery came almost 30 minutes later then promised . When l called to ask where my food was, the young lady that answered the phone said that the delivery driver left and should be there in a couple of minutes. When I still didn't have my food 15 mins later ( my house is like 5 mins away from the restaurant) I called back and the same young lady answered I said I still haven't gotten my food. She said the driver had a problem and he would be there in 5 mins. I asked to speak to a manager..this is when Jasmine said she was not the Manager but in charge and then told me the driver just left with my food and he would be here in 5 mins.. when I told her that I already knew the driver left over 25 mins ago she proceeded to throw the young girl that was telling me the truth under the bus... Jasmine is a LIAR and should not be a manger or in charge.

The food was cold and salmon was dry from sitting and they forgot the dressing. I am so upset at myself for not taking a picture of the dried up salmon - so I could show what it looked like.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rotelli Coconut Creek and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, perfect for a casual lunch or a cozy dinner.

For lunch, I had the Chicken Parmigiana, and it was truly a culinary masterpiece. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, while the marinara sauce had just the right balance of flavors. It was accompanied by a generous portion of pasta cooked to perfection. It’s definitely a must-try for anyone visiting Rotelli for lunch.

In the evening, I indulged in their pizza, and I must say, it was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was crispy on the outside, yet delightfully soft on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I love Rotelli, not just because they have great food but because they have the best service in Broward County. I've been to other restaurants in the area that have excellent staff, but the Rotelli in Coconut Creek is always a special touch.

Yasmin is always our server, and boy are my mom and I happy about that. She's top-class: Always super-friendly, a smile on her face, asks us how we're doing, and remembers our orders without fail. That last part is no easy feat, because my mom's food allergies lead to a pretty complicated order. Never a problem with Yasmin. We look forward to seeing her every time we stop by.

The owner here is amazing too. Takes great care of her customers, great care of her staff, and great care of her restaurant. It's always clean, inviting, and a fun hangout. They treat repeat customers like us so darn well.
