Nguyen's Kitchen — Restaurant in Cohasset

So my third time coming here and I work next door Dunkin’ Donuts, The first time I met a nice woman and ordered a soup, the second time I came in to ask for plasticware and the guy gave it to me. the third time I came in there and asked for plastic ware again but I also told him I was going to order food, he told me they don’t give plasticware or we don’t sell plastic ware, I said OK I’m gonna order food though, I just don’t want it right now, but I’m going to pay for it right now!!!! but I don’t want it right now,! he gave me attitude asking me “SO WHAT DO YOU WANT” I tell him and then he asked me to sign the receipt, I use my credit card to sign receipts all the time I do not like to use the pens that you guys or anyone else provides! HE immediately got angry and was trying to yell at me telling me I need to use the pen, I need to sign with a pen”! I automatically said I do not want this food anymore, I do not like your customer service, and I ordered to have my money back he said no went to the back to try to tell somebody that I did not sign the paper with a pen instead of giving me my money back, after all that then he comes back to the front void the transaction and basically tells me to get out he’s going to tell my manager😑 tell my manager what???🤣 so I came back in to take a picture because you need to know who is working for you they are rude and they have zero customer service...

i come here a lot and i love it. quiet and personal atmosphere, service is always great, food delicious, friends we made along the way? fantastic. but alas, today was a day. my friend and i sat down at the booth and there was a boy and girl sitting next to us. nothing weird… until. we started eavesdropping, crazy shit between the two of them. someone died? lots of reminiscing about this guy named andrew too. it seemed kind of sappy, awkward, but sweet all at once. until, the boy, around the same age as my friend and i, burped so intensely and seemed to draw it out. it was to be honest, incredible, frightening, and confusing. it was as if he breathed fire, that’s how long and intense the burp was. my friend and i held our laughs and were left speechless. shoutout to the girl he was with, same age as us, who then said “that was so gross” cuz, yeah girl, it was so gross. other than that love this...

This restaurant is amazing, authentic, fresh, tasty, coupled with friendly service from amazing people.

I don’t understand the negative reviews from people saying things such as “don’t ask them to adjust the menu because they won’t understand“ Or, “it’s not kid friendly“ Here is some advice, leave the kids at home, and be grateful for the beautiful creation that was made for you!! I am American, I was born and raised here, does everybody feel the need to have it made “their way?“ Excellent establishment, grateful for the fresh food, and new faces in our country! Thank you I will be back!

By the way, I had the Vermicelli Rice noodle, with pork, fried spring roll, it was loaded with fresh bean sprouts, mint leaves, scallions, shrimp, pork peanuts… Totally amazing! My body was happy to receive this...
