Horrible service and even worse management. The speaker for the drive thru has been down at least a year. So 7 cars will be online and each has to order AND wait for food at the window making it impossibly slow. I have gone several times and each I waited at least 20 minutes. So I tried to go inside. Same wait time because they prioritize drive thru. Today I waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru so that’s the final straw and I won’t be coming back. All this wait for mediocre bagels with cream cheese or a bad egg sandwich. Also I go at 9:30 and consistently they are already out of many cream cheeses, bagels, and donuts with limited options. The store only has 16 year olds on staff every day so if you do have an issue good luck getting it resolved. I never review but I was really frustrated today. Sometimes I can hang with it and give my self extra time before work to accommodate the 20 minute wait (which is ridiculous in itself) but 40 minutes is unacceptable especially for food that isn’t even good. Extremely POUR experience... DO NOT recommend. I went here for the first time this past weekend and first of all the iced coffee was horrible and watered down. The bagels seemed like they were heated in the microwave and tasted bland. I also saw the girl making the bagels eating at the food prep area as we were ordering which is not professional. Then, at the end of our order we noticed that there was only one everything bagel when we each ordered one so we caught it before the kitchen noticed but then the girl seemed even more annoyed that we changed one of them to poppy. We were accommodating to what they had available, which was going to happen anyways! They were also taking orders for cold brew but then we were told they ran out... but they still charged us for the price of a cold brew. Coffee- awful, it may be flavor crystals. Paper that separates the cheese is almost always left on so check your sandwiches. Staff is young/lacking (if any service experience has ever been present). Owner hovers and is micromanaging the process so that could be why, nice guy though. Impossible to get your sandwiches put in a bag, very unusual because everything else comes in one. Staff is very polite and friendly and reasonably attentive when they’re not burning a hole through their phones. It’s a tight space on the inside because it is shared with a gas station so best to stick with the drive-thru, it is surprisingly fast and can get cramped if you walk in.
