The ginger haired lady wearing purple was very rude and couldn’t provide good customer service. She even refused to make us drinks even though we were willing to pay. There was 2 people inside that store and there was no one in the drive thru or in the cafe. She said we needed a car to go through drive thru so we asked if we could go in the cafe but she wouldn’t allow us to go in because she was short staffed but there was no one to assist at that time. So everyone inside the cafe was free. It would have taken her 5 minutes tops and it would have only benefitted her and not us. She claims that she owns that store when in reality cooperate owns her store and she’s just managing it.
