I hope this not the norm for here. I never post reviews but this time I feel it is needed more than ever. This resturant is a leg and in this town and should be held to a higher standard.
I have always liked the food but today. Called theee times and all calls ignored. So I stopped in just before 8 which is closing time. Walk to the counter to order. Was told they close at 8. I said it’s not 8 yet so I will order my pizzas. I told the waitress I tried calling three times to order. Her response was it was too busy to answer the phones.
The good news is I was able to watch the staff at work waiting for my food. One waitress was taking to a table that I learned after time was not hers. Most of the tables were served by the time I walked in. Only one looked new enough to be waiting for food. The rest we’re paying their bills or just sitting and talking. Total tables when I walked in 7. The whole time phone was tuning if and being ignored.
Pete it must be nice to own a resturant that clearly does not need the revenue...

When ordering online and paying with a card they add an additional amount of $ to the bill that is reimbursed a few days later once they have finalized your payment. No big deal -- Except for the fact that after who knows how many orders I realized I have never once had any amount of their "deposit" money put back in my account. The only reason I was able to catch this issue is because the last time I ordered a $10.99 meal from them, the delivery driver told me it is their policy to sign the receipt for the customer. My $10.99 order turned into a $52 order which I never signed for. To make things worse I have called in 2 separate times to speak with a manager about this issue and am left with the promise that someone will call me back. It has been over 1 week and I have not once been contacted -- I would not recommend going to this restaurant unless you plan on...
Read moreVery disappointing! My husband, our two young children and I went last night for our Sunday supper. The restaurant had approximately nine tables of diners per three or four waitresses. After twenty minutes of waiting with absolutely no acknowledgement from staff, I let them know we were there. We were then greeted by a girl who was obviously very disappointed to take our table. After ordering beverages, she only brought one correct drink order. On the next try, she got two of the three correct. My husband had ordered lemonade but she insisted that the beverage that looked and tasted like ice tea was lemonade. Unfortunately, the food was just as bad as the waitress. We couldn’t wait to leave but we had to wait for one of the girls to fix the two overcharge items on the bill as she gave a less than authentic apology.
