Pho Cafe — Restaurant in Colesville

The person serving I and my boyfriend today was very very rude. She gave us One plate of the bean sprouts and basil so I asked her if we get just one out of mere curiosity. She snapped and said "Yes". I didn't think of it as much however when I was paying and she printed out the receipt she asked me to sign, I did and she took the receipt I was waiting for my copy since you get the "restaurant's copy to sign and given back and a customer's copy given to you. She looked up at me with a very condescending tone and body language saying "that's it". I just walked away in confusion cause I think the customers should get to decide if they want their receipt or not. Maybe it's just me, however all in all food was good but service...

First visit and last visit.

Thought of exploring the restaurant since I was in the shopping center yesterday evening. The restaurant wasn't at all busy (it was empty).

The young lady behind the desk was not at all courteous or welcoming. Not the least bit. In fact she was very off putting and abrupt. I contemplated walking out, but wanted to give the restaurant a fair chance with its food. Another mistake.

I got the teriyaki beef ribs. It item is a joke. There are other pho restaurants who don't rip off customers as much. The "ribs" were actually 2-3 ribs cut into 9 pieces. The meat was also very, VERY chewy. It wasn't thoroughly cooked. And neither was it freshly made.

I usually order pho cafe via Uber Eats. As I live in laurel My usual go to dish is the Tai Pho and an order of summer rolls. Always delicious. This time I also ordered teriyaki shrimp. I was hesitant, it’s $25.00.. I was a little underwhelmed by it. I feel like there is little to almost no teriyaki sauce. I supposed I was expecting more traditional style carry out? It was tasty, but not what I was expecting. Lots of decent sized shrimps. Very little vegetables, however they were nicely steamed. I am curious though, on the menu the pho is priced at $11.99 but once selected it’s $5 more for small and $7 more for large. But what size is...
