To bad I cant give a negative next to this one star rating. On Friday November 9th 2017 I placed an order for 1 large ledos deluxe pizza, 1 large pizza 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 cheese and 18 count spicy wings. I didn't pick it up i had someone pick it up and drop it off.
This mistake has happened three times I'm not sure how.
I order 1 ledos deluxe which brings Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, hamburger and bacon.
The employee who took my order over the phone i made sure my order was repeated due to pass history.
I explained 3 times on 1/2 of the ledos deluxe I will like Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, hamburger and bacon.
On the other 1/2 of the ledos deluxe I want Pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers, hamburger.
Then I get a ledos full large deluxe with Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, hamburger and extra mushrooms!
This happened three times not sure were the miss communications was.
I also order wings 18 counts spicy which one blue cheese and 1 ranch and extra ranch. I didn't get my who 18 piece wings and I got all ranch!!!!
Which at this point I didn't care about my wings, because I was More worried about the pizza.
This pizza was for an event and to show what a horrible service ledos did was embarrassing.
I called Ledos once I saw the order was incorrect and I spoke to a young man don't remember his name but I know it wasn't Liam the employee that works at Ledos in New Hampshire Ave.
The young man I spoke to told me to come back and we'll give you the correct pizza I told him no it's too late to go back to Ledos....the employee I spoke to said to come next business day I explained to them once I'm ready to claim my pizza I'll call Ledos.
So I call Ledos to claim my pizza on 11/29/17. I spoke to a young lady and i explained to her the situation that happen on 11/9/17. She told me when i come in I can speak to the manger PAUL.
I show up on Wednesday November 29th,2017 to pick up my Large Ledos Deluxe. The manger PAUL told me my total would be $28 which some change.
I explained to him this pizza should be free, since what took place on 11/9/17.
MANGER PAUL pulls out a journal label "CREDITS" he looked thru the book and couldn't find no were that on 11/9/17 I called to put a complaint and I would have a free pizza.
At this point it didn't matter if I had my credit card or Ledos Receipt from 11/9/17 per MANGER PAUL, because the employee whom I spoke to never put my free pizza in the""CREDITS JORUNAL"
MANGER PAUL wanted to offered 1/2 off my total order I said no and left, Manger PAUL said he need to speak to his employee first.
And at this point I don't even want a free pizza it just upsetting that this has happened to alot of people, there's were alot of names on the CREDIT JORUNAL.

We ordered buffalo wings, which were not fried well/they were soft, then we ordered 2 large pizzas and they were overcooked/somewhat burnt, and the bottom of the pizzas had so much extra dry flower crusted on the bottom, you could taste it while you ate the pizza. So we told our waitress who was so kind and courteous, she went to let the manager know and this is where their customer service is majorly lacking- she walked over to our table and said absolutely nothing, she just stared at us and we were all looking at each other confused. My husband finally had to speak up and ask her if she was the manager which she rudely replied yes, and then proceeded to argue with us about each of our complaints. She was extremely defensive and irritated that we said anything at all, not sure how she ever became a manager and you can clearly see by her response why this Ledos location is no where near the better service they had years ago. Thankfully she aggressively agreed to refund one pizza for us, and then went to throw our pizzas in the trash in front of us so we could see her do it. We absolutely will not be returning to this location again, and I highly recommend the Ledos in Laurel and Glen Burnie. Read moreI called and I ordered the pizza special of the day (large pizza with two toppings and garlic bread) on Friday, September 9, 2022. When I arrived to pick up my order, I waited in line for 15 minutes because a few people were ahead of me. When ate the pizza upon arriving home, the pizza and garlic breads were not even warm. They were at room temperature. We had to heat our pizzas and garlic bread in the microwave. To add insult to injury, the pizza dough was not fully cooked and the crust was extremely thinner than usual. As we ate the pizza, all we tasted was the dough. That was very disgusting. I called and spoke to the supervisor. The supervisor informed me that we picked up the pizza late and because of that it was not warm. I informed her that even though, the pizza should have been kept warm and most of all the dough should have been cooked well. I requested that I would like to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager would call me the next day. I informed her that if the manager didn't call me, I would be writing a review online. It has been 5 days, and I have not heard from the manager. He has not attempted to call me to rectify this matter. So, therefore, I have kept my word my adding a review about this Ledo's pizza.
Aside from the isdue wirh my food, customer service is by far terrible. When the girls pick up the phone, they immediately place you on hold and their tones are unfriendly and rude. I am very disappointed by my experience at this Ledo's pizza and that management did not...
