( I'm not calling him a pitmaster because he had dried out the meat and then has the teenagers cut and wrap while he stands there and they're trying to rush around and serve.) It was like toothpicks. Way over cooked.. the pieces that were not dried out were thick pieces of deckle fat. It was like BBQ jerky. Thankfully servers made it right by replacing it with better meat. The mashed potatoes had no Mayonnaise, like mashed potatoes with pickle juice and pimento. The sausage was decent but slicers don't cut all the way through. The free beans were okay,, too many jalapeños. The banana pudding has too much flour/ cornstarch - you can stand a spoon up in it and it tastes like Mexican vanilla.
