Visiting from out of town, I drove by this food truck one evening and it looked so inviting with its lighted outdoor seating area that I had to turn around and go back and check it out. Not knowing this food truck, I wanted to start small with a staple I knew I would like - one carne asada taco. As I was waiting for my taco starter, a couple seated at one of the outdoor tables received their order of quesabirria tacos that looked absolutely amazing and they said they were delicious. I quickly determined that I wanted to order that for my entree. The dish was perfect! I absolutely enjoyed the yummy melted cheese and tender seasoned shredded beef topped with cilantro and onions in a crisp corn tortilla. The broth was savory - it was the perfect consomme to dip the quesabirria tacos into. Read moreI love this place. It’s a food trailer at a car wash. My premium street taco for $3 was just what I needed for a light supper. The Senorial sangria-flavored non-alcoholic soda was cold, sparkling and delicious for $4. Mexican music in the background, three tables with umbrellas in the parking lot provides an atmosphere that as casual and relaxed as can be.

Google said it was busier than usual. I was the only customer.
When I need a light supper, this is the place they are open Monday through Saturday...

We only got one green and one red for 5 tacos and 2 quesadillas, make sure to ask for more. The quesadillas are expensive and we only got cheese, no meat. We were very kindly given a ground beef and potato empanada that was also very good and was...
