I hit all 4 Little Ceasars locations here, also in Huntsville, and this particular location is my least favorite. I am not sure what it is that is different here, but their sauce has a completely different flavor than the others. I can live with that though, however I have not seen any Little Ceasars Pizza anywhere, any Pizza Restaurant period that will not give you Parmesean Cheese or Red Pepper!
Any Pizza place in the world provides Parmasean Cheese and Red Pepper if you buy pizza! Not this place, they want to charge you per packet.. pretty freakin greedy if you ask me!
They actually lost me and my family as customers because of it! I was only parked there today, was in the store next door, however Google ask me to review Little Ceasars so here it is.. We haven't bought Pizza here in over a year! If I purchase food from your establishment I expect Powdered Cheese and Red Pepper to be available at no extra cost! Now I could understand maybe putting a cap on it. No more than 5 packs of each or something along those lines because unfortunately there are people who will abuse it and are wasteful, however I am not going to go to I hop, order Pancakes and then pay more if I want butter or syrup! It is part of the Pancake, as is Parmesean, and Red Pepper to Pizza!
We purchase Pizza quite often so they definitely lost a good customer over something so petty! Maybe the owners are cheapskates I don't know, what I do know is I can drive 5 - 7 minutes down the road to another Little Ceasars where the sauce is better and they will give you as much Cheese and/or Red Pepper...
Read moreThis place is just TERRIBLE!!!! While I was here there were 3 people working and the phone was ringing off the hook and no one even stopped for a second to answer it. Let money go to a competitor with no problem. I was in the store and it took several minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence like I was an inconvenience to them.
I ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and took them home. It took 4 minutes to get there and I opened the boxes and they looked horrible! The crust was rock hard on both and the cheese looked burned. It was from them sitting in the warmers for far too long. So I called the store, and once again the phone just rang off the hook and no one answered. I brought that trash right back to the store and again waited a few minutes before anyone came to the front. The lady that came up was polite and offered to remake 2 fresh pizzas. I accepted them.
Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've encountered this at this location. I never have this problem at either the Southwest Parkway location or the Dellwood location. I come here because it's very close to home but after this experience, I will either go to one of the other locations or just have to spend my...
Read moreHot & Ready means wait 20 - 25 minutes now. We stopped in for 1 pepperoni & 1 cheese after school after 4:15pm, there were 2 employees at the time and the line in the drive through was long, maybe 6 cars deep and there were 3 people in the store waiting. The female employee told the other employee she was going to pick her kid up and walked out the front door. I was there for over 30 minutes between ordering and waiting and I never saw her return. The one Male employee working was working hard, taking orders, dealing with drive through and making the pizzas. He was by himself during a busy time. 3 people that walked in after us left without ordering. We felt really bad for the guy because customers were being kind of rude since they had to wait so long. He actually asked us to notify management because this happens every day and he was putting in his 2 week notice. I'm surprised he didn't walk out and leave, he was so flustered but handled us very politely.
This location used to be favorite. Management or ownership really needs to put more than 1 person on a shift or not just left their employees w as l out during...
