Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colleyville

This place shouldn't even get a star. This customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a pizza and eat piece of Cinna sticks. After calling the store that was placing my order and asking them not to deliver it for 35 minutes and the manager saying that that was perfectly fine and he would tell the delivery guy to wait to deliver, I get a text from the delivery guy saying he's here. I specifically asked The manager to tell the delivery guy not to deliver until 3:05 pm or I might get fired from my job. At 2:58 PM I got a text from the delivery guy saying he's outside. Then I received a call from the delivery guy and I again asked him to wait until 3:05 when my shift gets off and said that I will give him a $20 tip if he just waits out side. At 3 o'clock as I'm walking to the front desk to sign out I see the delivery guy standing there with my Cinna sticks and pizza. Before leaving my shift and trying to pay for the pizza, my manager gives me a letter of termination for ordering food while on the job. Obviously I should not of ordered food while working but this establishment in every way disregarded my request to not deliver until I can get off my shift. After being fired and going to pay for my pizza. The delivery man tells me that it's $11.07, he hands me my pizza and I hand him $12. Right when I hand him the money he begins to walk out the door. And I have to call him back to tell him to give me my Cinna sticks that I paid for. My delivery man named Max then says "I didn't think you would notice" and then laughs and leaves. I am not sure about the new location. Pizza delivered one night at my house and the pizza was not hot. Barely warm. And the pizza was not that good. Then a few days later we tried to order pizza for work and it was a mess. I was placed on hold for about ten minutes. Before I placed order, I mentioned my coupon that I wanted to use. Guy said cool. While placing my order I was put on hold twice. When finally able to place full order, the guy gave me a total. $84 bucks, I mentioned coupon code again and he said that was with the code...So it was great! and then he put me on hold. After being on hold for 15-20 minutes, I realized I had been hung up on. I called back and waited 5-8 minutes for someone to answer. That guy answered and I explained that I was the lady he was talking to earlier and I was hung up on. He explained no I was on hold but I know I was hung up on. Anyways, I asked him to place my order and I wanted to pay, he said total was $140 and that he couldn’t take coupon. I asked to speak to manager and he said he was the manager and he had spoken to regional manager and he said no to coupon,too. I hung up and ordered from another Pizza place and that place honored the dominos pizza coupon! I wasn’t going to write a review BUT yesterday we had a client try to order pizza from this location (well the new location) and the turned her away! They said they were too busy and could not make her 3 pizzas. She offered to pick up and not delivery and they said no they couldn’t because if staff and too busy. After three experiences that were not good- it just seemed something...

I have used these people in the past and this time for my delivery which was over $70 for 3 pizzas and a sandwich I was called back and told that they do not have a delivery driver and I would have to come in to get it well my business Makes it to wear it's hard for me to leave but they were just down the street Anyhow I told the gentleman could we make it 11:30 instead of 1145 he said there were so many people backed up on pizza's that he would not be able to do that I said I'll try to get there at 11:30 and see what's going on and pay forsince I did not have delivery I walked in There is only one person there he is trying to make pizza and Answer the front cash register answer the phone And package Up everything and get the orders out that's not what it should be the poor guy wasn't buried he did not complain but he didn't also tell people hes the only one there making the pizza it might be a little longer than the scheduled estimated time and when me as a business owner I have to go over there And pick up the pizzas for the crew that are waiting and have a selected time when they go to lunch it does not go well Anyhow The owner of this domino needs to get his...
