This sourdough bakery is such a gem. The bread is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy crust, soft inside, and that perfect sourdough flavor. You can tell it’s all made with so much care. What really makes this place special, though, is the woman who runs it. Silvia is incredibly kind and always takes the time to chat and make you feel welcome. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, not just for the amazing bread, but because it feels like home.

I personally drive about 45 minutes every other weekend JUST to visit this bakery and get my fill of their handmade sourdough loaves and pastries. There isn't anything I've tried that wasn't phenomenal (my favorite may be the cinnamon raisin loaf, but jalapeño cheddar is a close second) and not only is the product amazing, so are the people that run this place. 10/10 highly recommend.
