Dunkin' — Restaurant in Collingswood

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dnd, PLEASE READ! So my family and I stopped here in search of a lunch to have on the way to cape may and we had forgotten the keys to the camper and were forced to turn back, so we have already been on the road for about 4 hours and we really needed to get to the camp before midnight because if not we’d be loading up the camper until 3, school is starting soon so we needed a better schedule. Anyway, once we arrived to the dunk-in donuts, we came to a small line and ordered some drinks and food. And the lady asked us repeatedly what food we wanted and did not write a single thing down. Than we waited 15 minutes and only got the drinks! We waited a while longer while people before us got what THEY ordered . And then fifteen minutes later they asked why we were waiting! We told them we never got our food and they asked us what it was again! And than the other lady came and told us to tell her the long list of food AGAIN!!!! And you wont believe this but later they asked for the long list again and they told us they have not started preparing our food yet. Then after 5 minutes we only got half of what we ordered. We did not bother and left angry. Now half our family is on an empty stomach. And the kids wont...

There are 3 service people at this Dunkin Donuts on Route 130 and Haddon Avenue in Collingswood New Jersey that are what I would call excellent. Personality, friendliness and quick service. Always pleasant to say and these are the kind of people that I think makes your business look good 25 over 25 years and I know what it's like to get complaints about your employees and I'm glad this came through the email for me to put in my word about it other receipts that they give you have the name but I cannot remember their names so it'll be next time I go I'll send it maybe you could send me a second email to remind me to put that down I'd...

This is my local store, so I've been going here for about 10 years. I'm not sure if the place has been sold, but the customer service here is the worst! They've hired younger workers, who are always either on their phones or gossiping. I ordered French vanilla coffee and was told that they don't sell it. I finally placed my order, only to be given hot coffee when I asked for iced. I gave it back, waited 6-7 more minutes, and ended up getting a frozen coffee. I just took the coffee and left. I guess it's time to find a new one...
