Dragon House — Restaurant in Collingswood

I was getting off of work and thought what would be better than to eat Chinese food on this wonderful Friday . However , my expectations were NOT met at this restaurant right here. I experienced terrible customer service from whoever answered the phone as I called to place my order. At first I shrugged off the tone of her voice as she rudely greeted me because you just never know what someone is going through. Maybe her husband left her or maybe she’s going through menopause, I mean you just never know! I simply asked one question “hello , do you guys take Apple Pay?” The only reply I received was that she hung up in my face ! I was livid at this point ! I called again because maybe we just got disconnected. She answered the phone again but before I spoke she said “hold on” in a rude tone. I was waiting for 5 minutes before I decided to hang up because she didn’t let me know how long the hold would be. For the third time, I called and the phone just rang. I gave it one more shot at trying to order my food and support this business but the phone call went straight to voice mail. Long story short she blocked my number for no absolute reason ! All because I asked did they accept Apple Pay ? All because I wanted to support their business? All because I wanted to eat Chinese food? I will never ever recommend this place to ANYONE. If she has a nasty attitude she possibly may have a nasty restaurant! This was local and I just thought I’d try something new.....

The egg rolls are crunchy and fresh the best egg rolls I've ever had, I also got the fried shrimp later it was awesome for $5 I got a whole bunch of big pieces of shrimp fried golden crispy Brown it was beautiful. I also heard the pizza rolls were good so I tried those two for $3 they were amazing. They offered us fresh tea when we walked in to place our order to take out it was great to have that tea while we sat there and waited. I work across the street so it's very convenient I place my order I walked across the street 15 minutes later and it was ready for me. It was so good I decided to take my girlfriend there for dinner tonight. It was gone in a timely fashion like I said they gave us T the food was amazing my girlfriend had the sesame seed chicken dinner it came with an egg roll and rice it was $6 cheaper than anywhere else you will go and 10 times better. Needless to say they have our business from now on we will never go anywhere else!!! Also I forgot to add when we got home and open the bag there was a package 6 piece sushi with sauce with free written on it thank you come again. If I could give them 10 Stars for all around in every category they...

Updated: Circus business. Told my spouse 30 minutes to put a qrt of soup in a container. Told me today to come back in 10 minutes after waiting 40 minutes for an order. Turns out my food was already on the counter for over 15 minutes. Asian Cuisine restaurant that doesn't serve pork... a trendy choice. No dramatic choices in interior styling or menu. Newly renovated with extra seating, nice colors. Tried twice now since reopening. Seems a bit chaotic on opening week. Same management, still no good concept of service. Every visit is the same old 'just holding on' feel. Wait times for food are longer than quoted.

2023 post:This was our families favorite fusion restaurant, take out and delivery. No more dining in. They have resorted to using the dining area as storage, making the feel very junky and unclean. We have known this restaurant since they moved in. The kitchen food quality has been better and it seems to be on a downward trend, or at least wavering. The only consistency is the well done sushi bar. Recommended...
