Read moreHeather, the event coordinator, single handedly lost the business of a 200 person wedding for this place. Had an appointment to preveiw the place for a wedding and the group of us stood around for 45 minutes in the cold waiting for ANYONE to open the doors and let us in. Almost 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment time we finally get in and Heather is standing there with another couple. We tell her who we are and she acts as though we are late and runs off to get someone else, Samantha, to walk us through. The only thing that Samantha knew was the name of the building we were in, other then that she had no answers to any questions in planning a wedding. Oh and by the way, Heather never showed her face again. No one answered the phone (called 15 times while waiting). No one in sight to open any of the 7 doors I tried. No one answered the front entrance camera door buzzer. Thank you for letting us know what kind of mess we avoided by not booking our wedding with this venue. DO NOT book here if you want to feel like they actually appreciate you considering them to spend...
Read moreFrom the moment my husband and I entered the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, we knew we had to have our wedding there. It is simply beautiful and has a certain charm to it. It is classy without being in your face. Many of our wedding guests have told us how beautiful the Collingswood Grand Ballroom was, that the grand staircase was so elegant, and how much they enjoyed the wedding there overall. The bridal suite is also incredible and the natural light that gets in is stunning -- it really made for the excellent photos. In addition to the pure elegance of the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, the customer service was top-notch. Beth and Paula were very responsive, attentive, and were really helpful through the whole process. They made everything so easy for my husband and I the day of the wedding. We could not be more happy with our decision to have our wedding at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, and could not recommend it enough as a place...
