Ward's Restaurant — Restaurant in Collins

I have frequented this Ward's since it has been in Collins. When someone ask me where to find a good hamburger in Collins, I normally recommend Ward's. My last visited resulted in my husband and I getting a $6.99 Southern Deluxe and a lil one with scorched chili. When I called back to speak with the manager, his response was bring the food back and we will replace it. We had just completed a 4 hour drive here, and had gotten settled in our room before eating. He was rude and not apologetic. I ask for the owner's contact information and he refused, but told me to contact his boss in the morning. Needless to say, I will frequent the Ward's in Seminary and/or Mount Olive when I come again...this one does not believe in...

My visit this morning was Superbad.. i have had enough.. i always order the same thing a buscuit with patty, cheese, and an egg over medium.. i give no stars.. i encourage u not to eat here. The employees are rude n never get my order right.. meaning i question the employees iq.. i always pay for eggs n cheese and never get them.. most morning the food isnt fitting to feed my dog.. its smells bad.. i m done with all wards.. different towns same bad practices.. ur stealing from ur customers.. making us pay for food we dont get how is this right.. i bet they are laughing at us.. not anymore.. i will be calling corporate as well.....

I went during breakfast hours, no one else was in drive thru so I ordered a lil one combo. I'm more than sure they gave me a patty from the PREVIOUS DAY. It was like beef jerky, it was horrible. The only thing made fresh was the fries. I expect when I order a lunch item before 10:30 that it not be hard as a rock. Really dissapointed. I was visiting from Florida and havent had one in a long time. Won't...
