This little ice cream shop in downtown Collinsville, Il, has been around since I was a child (40+ years). Recently they have had a change in ownership & the quality of products as well as the number of available choices has significantly risen. They have more varieties of ice cream flavors than. I have ever seen, but they rotate so what you get on one day may not be there the next time you come. They have both a walk up & a drive through, & despite having no inside dining area they endeavor to stay open year round (although last year they closed for a few days in December when it snowed & was just too much). My only complaint is that their menu is not posted clearly if you walk up, so my family & I had several minutes of confusion trying to figure out what was available, & then held up the line asking 100 questions of the workers because there was no obvious list of concrete flavors, sundae...
