I'm sorry to do this, but it has to be said. This place needs a complete overhaul as far as training and management. It's filthy. We went in and there were more than 5 employees working. The lobby was a mess when we walked in with food remains were on tables, the floor, and around the condiment/beverage area. I went to get a condiment cup to fill it with Arby's sauce and they were out. I notified the closest employee and they handed me two packets of sauce. I explained that the dispenser was empty and that if he would just refill it I would use that instead because it would lead to less waste and it would actually cost the restaurant less. He looked at me as if what I said was in a foreign language and proceeded to hand me the two packets of sauce anyway. I went to the table and it took us around 30 minutes to eat. In that time there was no one cleaning the lobby, no one cleaning the bathrooms, and no one restocking the area around the drive-thru as the flow of customers slowed. After around 40 minutes of being in the restaurant total I got up and on the way out I noted that all of the employees were standing or sitting around the back on their phones laughing and talking and they were no cars in the drive-thru and it was no one in the line. The manager was also in the back with them laughing and talking instead of motivating his team to clean things up during the down time and to restock in preparation for more customers. If you go into a restaurant and the area that the customers can see is filthy, that does not bode well for the cleanliness of the kitchen. That assumption was confirmed when I looked back into the kitchen and saw french fries that had been ground into the floor who knows how many hours ago. The manager on duty seemed genuinely upset and apologetic when I pointed out these deficiencies and he turned to a team member and asked if they had a mop. He seems like a very nice person but he does not need to be in the position where he is the only manager in charge. As good as his intentions are, it is clearly evident that he was not properly trained for the role and he has been set up for failure, which is a disappointment because he seems to have very good intentions. I don't know if the blame for the entire teams lack of performance lies on the location owner or in the corporate training policy but something definitely needs to change at this location. A note to corporate, leaving a comment on a review instructing the reviewer to do additional work and leave their comments again on another website is nonsensical. Obviously someone at corporate has seen the comment in order to ask it to be placed somewhere else. Just copy and paste the comment from here and fix things instead of making customers work for you.

So, against my better judgment, I went to this restaurant and... not only was it cold, I had to sit and wait for it. Normally, that isn't a problem; being asked to wait in the drive-through typically means you're going to get something hot and fresh. Not so, unfortunately. I had to wait for chewy, undercooked fries that had clearly been living under a heat lamp for a substantial period of time. I got a sandwich that wasn't at all what it was described to be: flavorless cheese lying atop an overcooked slab of chicken and served with limp, brown-edged lettuce layered with the end slice of an overripe tomato. One side of the slightly stale bun was slathered with a thick, too-sweet sauce and the other side was dry and stuck to the sad, damp chicken patty. The only redeeming part of the meal was the cup of cheese sauce that cost extra, the presence of which was all that made the fries palatable. Even the "iced" tea was warm, with no ice (presumably the warm liquid melted all the ice... when this happens, I've always wondered why the server doesn't put more ice in the cup...) and that strong, "brewed 4hrs ago" flavor. Whatever. This was my second attempt at a decent lunch at, not just Arby's, but THIS Arby's in particular. They are overpriced and underwhelming. I won't be going back.

Customer Service Team members are cordial. Order accuracy could definitely improve. We asked for some sauces and unfortunately received about half of what was requested. It seems from other reviews that this is a pattern. It didn't seem as though anyone was rude, however, customer value in interactions from the employees would change the environment night and day. Food I do find their nuggets are above average. They don't seem to be "pressed" white meat like McDonalds, but actual pieces of cut chicken. We have not had any sandwiches so we can't comment on their quality. The Shake I tried their new Javamocha. Unfortunately there was not much Javamocha in it. I got a second opinion and it was confirmed that the shake was vanilla, so I'm guessing the amount of flavoring was not enough. Was a good shake for vanilla though. I was sad as I would really like to know how it is supposed to taste. Will probably return to retry the Javamocha. As for recommending this location, I would drive the extra 2 miles or so to go to Chick Fil A for better service or go down to the shops southwest for other options. If they improve their training on both order accuracy and preparing food/drink orders I would definitely return.

I went to this Arby’s 2 days ago and ordered a crispy chicken and crinkle fries and when it came out my fries were barely even warm, I went back to the counter and explained and they went to get me new fries and came back within a minute and gave me another thing of fries and when I tried them it was soggy and mixed with curly fries absolutely gross and I went back to the counter again and they got rude with me and proceeded to tell me that my last set of fries came out straight from the fryer and as a prior shift manager I know it takes at least 2 minutes to cook curly and about 3 for crinkle fries. They proceeded to tell me I need to be understanding that they are busy and they only had 2 orders and proceeded to yell at me in front of customers as I returned back to my table to wait. I then pulled out the manger on shift KAYLA and she seemed to be very understanding of the situation and even complied when I asked what the holding time should be for fries. She then talked to the crew and got them to focus on ensuring fries were fresh for other customers. The curly black hair crew member proceeded to tell other customers when they were done ordering very rudely that they had to wait 5 minutes for fresh fries out loud to the whole store. I ideally have never met such a rude crew member working at Arby’s in my career there. I loved my Arby’s back in New Braunfels,Tx.I hope this store can learn to be like them and I hope to return to this establishment when I don’t get cold food and I forget to mention my chicken was...

This review is for my visit on 09/28/2023 at 8:18 p.m. I have been to this location several times, and my orders have been inaccurate about 50% of the time. I now check the order before leaving to ensure the order is correct or not. Tonight, one of the items I ordered was a crispy chicken sandwich to be prepared plain. Historically, anytime I order a plain sandwich from any fast-food place, it's prepared incorrectly about 75% of the time. Tonight was no exception. I pulled into a parking spot, checked the order, and discovered the sandwich was not plain. I took it in, and the manager promptly called for the cook to make a plain chicken sandwich, which I appreciated. When the cook handed the manager the sandwich, she again asked if it was plain, and the cook confirmed it was. I honestly could not have imagined I would have to check this sandwich, which was specifically made due to an error, but I was wrong. Once I got home, I discovered that it was also prepared fully dressed. It wouldn't have been a huge deal, except my wife can't eat mayonnaise. I understand that mistakes happen, in any industry, but the same error in the same order is a bit extreme to me. There was also an item included that was not ordered, so there was a pretty good amount of waste. Overall, the food itself has always been satisfactory at this location and there are lots of positive reviews, but the consistent inaccuracy of my orders will send me to a...
