Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I love this Safeway because the workers are the nicest, but some of the Starbucks employees are kind of rude and snippy. One time I asked for an iced venti matcha and I could see the iced venti cups through the glass and the worker told me the couldn't do that size iced, mind you i buy this every time i go there, so I got a hot coffee but also there is this one girl who is super sweet and works two jobs there and she is always the nicest...

Super slow. There are two people there ones a trainee ones not. The one that is not the trainee is not helping at all. She’s sitting there talking to a Safeway employee about drama, about breaking up, about how hot she looks, and they’re still talking and still not helping anybody with drinks.

It's a Starbucks, the food, drinks and prices are about the same anywhere you go. The only things about this one that set it apart are the staff, who are always very pleasant, and the parking lot/drive thru, which is a freaking nightmare.
