Just ordered a venti apple crisp macchiato. What I didn’t expect was it to be made with rancid milk. I understand that when employees wear masks they might not be able to smell the products they are handling, however when it comes to food safety and public health I don’t know what excuses could be considered valid. I tried to call the store repeatedly after leaving and throwing away my drink after a couple sips. Before I tasted it, I could smell that something was off with the drink. I tried it a couple times thinking I might have gotten it wrong, I hadn’t. Threw away my drink and left out the door without saying anything. Wanted to be able to call the store and have a conversation with a manager without causing any more stress for anyone working, since it must’ve already been too much to check the milk being used in however many people’s drinks. Read moreI ordered an iced tea. I didn’t realize that none of their teas were iced. So it came out hot. I just asked them if they could pour it into a cup with ice and they looked at me like I was from another planet and they said I don’t know. Well it’s a simple question either you can or you can’t. They had to have a private conversation over their headset and they came to the conclusion that they could. SMH. And then they had another private conversation about how much to charge me for it. Wait. I can get an ice water for no charge and I already paid for the tea. I guess you have to tip the geniuses at Starbucks to get good customer service and polite employees

Read moreAfter reading reviews about watery coffee, it seems my issue I had for some time makes sense. My man and I order refreshers almost daily and we specifically ask for light water or light ice and are handed a cup of water with berries just about EVERY TIME. We've sent it back only once out of frustration, I just do t know what else to do. After we sent it back, we got the drink we were expecting, but never on the first try. Spending so much money here, this is just unacceptable. Also, today I was met with terrible customer service, and I work in that industry. Paying $6 for a cup of water with a couple berries and no greeting or thank you, I was just handed back and card and she waited for me to drive off. I will think twice about going here when there is a Dutch Bros right next door with so much better...
