Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I am absolutely compelled to share my fantastic experience at the Starbucks located inside King Soopers on Uintah St. This location stands out in my mind due to the exceptional service, impeccable quality of drinks, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The staff members are all incredibly friendly, but I would like to give a special shout-out to Anita and Shirley. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitudes made my visit a truly memorable one. Their passion for coffee is evident in every cup they craft, and their customer service skills are simply unparalleled.

The female manager of this Starbucks deserves immense credit as well. She runs a tight ship, ensuring the store is always clean, the staff is always upbeat, and customers are promptly served. Her leadership style is evident in the well-coordinated teamwork and the smooth running of operations even during busy hours.

The entire team at this Starbucks, under the guidance of their remarkable manager, makes every visit a pleasure. Josie needs to be fired! Her customer service is terrible! I had apologized because I had changed my mind and added an extra drink I had only apologized because I didn’t mean to inconvenience her. She replied “ I’m trying to figure out why you’re apologizing. And gave me this ugly look. So I bit my tongue. I placed my order by mobile to advoid the line. Upon arrival at least 8 people where in line. I not only waited for the attendant to take their orders but as new customers arrived she continued to fill them as well. When I enquired about my order(after waiting for 25 mintues) the attendant replied "that yes she received it but it wasn't going to be made instantantly" Extremely rude barista and Horrible service!!!!!
